I took the original picture of the Chicago "L" 2 winters ago, standing in the 15 degree weather trying for the perfect shot. This is the South stretch of the “L” along Van Buren, it is one of the few sections of the “L” that gets afternoon sunlight. Started with a strong composition, super saturated colors, really enjoyed painting this one. With all the angles framing will really pull this together.
