My painting "A Slice of Light" was chosen for inclusion into the 30th National Exhibition, 2014 of the Illinois Watercolor Society. This will be my third year running making the juried "cut". Always exciting to hang along some of the best watercolorist in the country! With this year inclusion I have gained Signature status with the IWS.

Marriott Mural Commission - Naperville   
Permanent Installation - Spring 2012

Seven of my paintings are installed at the new Marriott in Naperville, IL. The paintings are being enlarged as murals and will be up to eight feet tall or wide and then installed in their large public spaces. One of the criteria for this hotel project was that local artists be used.  Three of the murals were chosen from existing paintings of mine, and then the client commissioned me for four additional paintings to be painted in my style based around travel themes. This will be my first permanent major installation.
