I took the original black and white photo in the 1980’s. This image was always a strong composition but was lacking something. My recent exploration into alternative color palettes and combining that with the sunset theme pulls this one together.

My watercolor entry of Summer in the City won “Best of Show” at the “Elmhurst Artists’ Guild - Spring Art Show” at the Elmhurst Museum. This was a juried show with over fifty strong entries.
