Watercolors 24"x30" 2011 I’ve finally finished my painting “Times Square Lives.” I wanted to capture the energy and insanity of Times Squares. I intensified the colors and popped the reflections to add to the sensory overload. As you travel up the sidewalk the image becomes just a pattern of colors that create the illusion of store fronts and people. The original image was taken eighteen feet above 7th Avenue from atop the Ruby Red Stairs on the north end of Times Square
